Golfshirt 828
Lisa-Marie, me and Jeremy-Marie.

Yeah I deleted pretty much all of that. Except this picture because demonstrates what a spaz I am. Who cares? Not I. I don't have to care how I come across for six months.

Today I woke up with my tragea all swollen and sore so I took the piercing out and couldn't get a sleeper in so it's gone.  Which is sad purely because I liked it. And I wouldn't like it in my right ear. And I'm too wussy to get it re-pierced for a really long time. So, blow. I'm pretty much over piercings anyway. They're so very temporary. You know where I'm heading right? Yes. The long-awaited tattoo. Which will remain a secret until the very day it's construction begins. My birthday I'll say. My birthday. Christmas is too soon. I need to psyche up for this one.

Anyway.

My christmas wish list consists of three things; the very boring 'money', large box canvases, and a ghd hair straightener. The latter's prefered over the other two times a billion. But who cares? I don't like christmas wish lists, but my mum told me to write one so I may as well put something much appreciated...

It's late. I have a date with Braden tomorrow and I can't wait hehe. I got work off, and he's got it off obviously, because of his shoulder. I'm quite keen on seeing Borat and The Holiday. And I very much would like to picnic, if it's fine weather. Apparently we're not getting drought weather until february so nothing is certain. It blows! Summer holidays with extremely scarce amounts of summer... It hailed only last week. Amazing, spectacular, beautiful hail while I was at work, but it really does lose all it's glory when it's in summer.

Crap.

Lucky (Emily's cat) is mewing like crazy so I guess another epileptic fit's on the way.

Goodnight I'm going to clean my room and wash my hair since MSN and MySpace are being bastards.

On tuesday Braden had his operation to remove muscle from between his broken collarbone and pin it back together. I was going to go see him that night in hospital but I didn't get his text until late so I said I'd come wednesday night (last night) because I'd planned to go shopping in Wellington during the day. On the train ride down I took these (first's edited, clearly);

I shopped alone until about 2pm then met up with Ash and her friends Sarah and Claire. In the morning I bought two shirts, a 2007 diary and wrapping paper to cover it, mascara... etc. With the girls I got sticker photos;

After that I went and got my left tragus pierced which I've wanted since intermediate;

I was planning to catch the 6.18, go to Braden's then Jem's party for Sian... but I missed the fucking train despite getting a bus and then running through the train station. So I text Ash and asked if I could stay which was fine. Although, their apartment is being renovated so they were staying in a different suite which contained pretty much nothing. Their view's slightly different though (Mt. Vic.);

Emma was coming over so they could go clubbing since it was student night, so they told me to come with Ash's I.D. I would have been happy to sit home and draw really, but it's not like I get any chances to go to town really, so I thought I might as well see if it'd work. It did! It was fun initially, dancing was great. We went to The Establishment, Shooters and Big Kumara. Then it kind of sucked for me...

I don't know. I just don't like being there when everyone your with is intent on getting with someone. One of the girls who has a boyfriend danced and kissed and who-knows a guy I know from here and he has a girlfriend too which they were both aware of. I hate that. I hate that when I told a guy I have a boyfriend he said "I have a girlfriend too, who cares they're not here". That made me angry. And sad. I hope he was lying (about a girlfriend); he was all over two different girls that I saw throughout the night.

Does anyone disagree that making out in bars is cheating? Thoughts?

So I sat down for most of the time after that except when great songs came on. Which is fine; I mean I went with a single girl and I told her to go after the guy she liked! But yes, for future reference I guess it's not much fun unless you're with people in the same situation as yourself. Or Braden. Because that would have been the super-duper-est fun.

Anyway, pictures from yesterday evening;

Today I finally got home and went straight to Braden's house. His stapled up cut from the operation is crazy to look at it looks stuck-on it's so bizarre. He thinks it's awesome of course hehe. Eighteen staples!

It was so so SO good to cuddle him.

(I apologise for petering out a little on my blog. I'm so sleepy now.)

The end.

Hahahahaha!

 Yesterday was a fabulous day. I went to Wellington with my younger sister Emily. We shopped. Lots. I bought the first season of The L Word on DVD. And a gorgeous dress for the leavers dinner on monday. And earrings. Ash gave me this fabulous giraffe necklace which I have obsessed over for a very long time.

First I'll get the vain pictures out of the way hehehe.

Hi.

It's tuesday afternoon and I'm eating chewable Vitamin C tablets. Yum. I'm transported back to childhood.

What's wonderful about today is that I have no work, therefore I can watch Friends again for the first time in four days. And also The L Word is on tonight. Even more fantastic.

Currently, despite feeling overwhelmingly orange; I am just feeling hot and bothered if you know what I mean.

Just uncomfortable. And I need to wash my hair. Which has a little green in it. Ho-hum.

Well. I quite enjoy my job. It's 100,000 times better than Write Price. TRUST ME.

Tomorrow I have a doctors appointment because I'm all asthma-y. Suck.

And on thursday I'm going shopping in Wellington with Emily for a dress for the leavers dinner on monday. I can't WAIT!!! (For both the shopping and dinner.)

And then on friday I start the whole work cycle all over again.

<edit> My mum works with some young children at schools who need help with their speech and language skills. Most of them come from bad, uncaring homes unfortunately. Today was the birthday of one of the boys she works with, so she got him a small present; a Spiderman scrapbook and a small package of M&Ms. She wrapped it in this awesome tiger and zebra wrapping paper and gave it to him this morning. She said she asked him if they did anything special this morning and he said nah they just got up and went to school as normal. When she gave him the gift he spent ages carefully unwrapping one end of the paper. And the first thing he asked her was- wow how much did this cost you? Ugh it's so heartbreaking! How can parents suck so much? Another boy she worked with last year didn't even know it was his birthday until he got to school</edit>
